📢 We’re Hiring: HR Executive

Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience: 1–2 Years

We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team and support our recruitment, HR operations, employee management, and administrative activities.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, initial HR interviews, and interview coordination.
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records according to company policies.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, equipment coordination, and orientation.
• Prepare and maintain offer letters, NDAs, contracts, employee files, and other HR documentation.
• Handle day-to-day employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and maintaining performance records.
• Coordinate office administration, vendors, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate HR data and records using HRIS, Excel, or Google Sheets.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or HR Executive roles.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, job portals, and recruitment processes.
• Strong communication and business writing skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple HR and administrative responsibilities independently.
