🚀 We’re Hiring: UI/UX Designer (Mid-Level)

We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our Design team and work on real-world digital products for clients across different industries.

What You’ll Do

• Own the design process from discovery, user flows, and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and prototypes
• Create responsive web and mobile experiences
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
• Deliver well-structured Figma handoffs for developers
• Conduct design QA and ensure consistency across products
• Present designs to clients and handle feedback confidently
• Create concepts for proposals and pitch decks
• Review and guide junior designers

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on product design experience
• Expert-level Figma skills: Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables & Dev Mode
• Strong understanding of UX, typography, spacing, grids, and responsive design
• Knowledge of accessibility and usability principles
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and development constraints
• Comfortable collaborating with React/Next.js developers
• Experience with design systems and component-based workflows
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Portfolio showcasing 5+ shipped products and your design process

Nice to Have

• Framer or After Effects
• Adobe XD or Sketch
• Experience in SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, or eCommerce
• Agency or client-facing experience

📍 Location: Wapda Town, Lahore — On-site
🕚 Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
