WE'RE HIRING | Junior Marketing Executive – Outreach Campaigns

Folium AI is looking for a motivated and results-driven Junior Marketing Executive to join our Sales team and manage outbound outreach campaigns.

Location: Lahore, On-site
Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Experience: 1–1.5 Years
Industry: IT / Software Development

What You'll Do:

  • Manage outbound mass and drip email campaigns using Instantly, Salesforce, and GHL
  • Extract, clean, segment, and organize lead data according to defined ICPs
  • Create and manage multi-step email sequences and personalized outreach campaigns
  • Monitor email deliverability, warm-up, sending limits, bounce rates, and spam signals
  • Have a basic understanding of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
  • Track campaign performance and optimize messaging based on results
  • Handle initial prospect replies, qualify leads, and coordinate discovery calls
  • Maintain CRM records, unsubscribe lists, and suppression lists
  • Perform A/B testing for subject lines and email messaging
  • Coordinate campaign automations through Zapier/n8n
  • Generate responses through LinkedIn and other outbound channels
  • Prepare campaign reports and share weekly performance updates

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–1.5 years of relevant experience in email marketing/outbound campaigns
  • Strong English writing and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Instantly or similar cold email platforms
  • Experience managing leads in Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Strong data cleaning, deduplication, segmentation, and CSV handling skills
  • Understanding of email deliverability and safe sending practices
  • Ability to engage prospects, qualify leads, and schedule meetings
  • Experience in software/IT sales is preferred

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Skrapp, or email verification tools
  • Familiarity with Zapier or n8n
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Knowledge of spam avoidance and inbox placement
  • Basic sales communication and follow-up skills
