🚀 We're Hiring: Marketing Executive (Outreach Campaigns)

📍 Location: Wapda Town, Lahore (On-site)
🕐 Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Manage outbound email campaigns using Salesforce and Instantly/GHL.
• Build and optimize mass and drip email sequences.
• Define ICPs and extract targeted prospect data.
• Segment, clean, and manage lead databases.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better engagement.
• Handle initial prospect responses and qualify leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and campaign reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule qualified meetings.
• Support LinkedIn and other outbound outreach campaigns.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in email marketing or outbound campaign management.
• Hands-on experience with Instantly (or similar cold email platforms) and Salesforce CRM.
• Strong English written communication skills.
• Knowledge of lead generation, data segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Basic understanding of email deliverability, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach is a plus.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Zapier or n8n automation.
• Familiarity with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Skrapp, or email verification tools.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel or Google Sheets.
